

Weight Loss Classes
Do you want accountability of a group setting? Do you want to work with like minded individuals on our weight loss journey? Do you want to learn practical ways to lose weight to help you on your journey? Join Dr. Ellis and others as you work to lose your weight.
What to expect?
There are 3 different classes depending on your individual needs. The frequency of classes is dependent upon the class. Some classes are covered by insurance, so you can check with your insurance of group sessions are covered under your benefits. If an individual is not using insurance then they can pay a flat rate or monthly. You are welcome to repeat a class if you need to.
Classes are as follow:
Building the foundation- This class is for individuals who are beginning their journey to weight loss. This class is designed to help individuals establish healthy habits that will be critical for weight loss and weight maintenance. This class meets on a monthly basis.
Metabolism reboot- This class is for individuals who have been dieting for a while but have plateaued and have not lost any more weight. This class is designed to help you get the tools needed to revamp your metabolism. Individuals who complete this class should be ready to jump start their weight loss protocol once they complete it. This class meets on a monthly basis.
In the Trench- This class is for people who are ready for the weight loss phase. Their metabolism is working for them and they are ready for the steps needed to lose weight. This class meets biweekly.
