Insurance Information and Cost

Excellis Nutrition does not currently accept insurance; however, Dr. Ellis can provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if your insurance allows it for an option.  Excellis Nutrition understands this  being an inconvenience for some individuals,  and Excellis Nutrition is willing to work with you to determine the best package to meet your budget needs. Please contact Excellis Nutrition for Dr. Ellis's pricing, you can do so by filling out the contact form here and she will email you back in 24-48hours, or consider scheduling a Discovery call if you would like to speak with her regarding the services and the different options available.  Special discounts are also available throughout the year and to certain populations including active and retired military and spouses (military ID required), first responders (police, firefighters, EMT, Paramedics), and college students (enrollment verification needed).  Again contact Excellis Nutrition for more!
